MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Thursday, April 25, 2024, Deputy Justin Shepherd, assisted by Officer Brayden Gibbs of Manchester City Police, executed an indictment warrant on Dalton Howard.
The indictment warrant served on Dalton Howard, age 20 of Manchester, KY was for:
- Criminal Mischief 1st degree
- Burglary 3rd degree
In addition, Howard was also picked up on a complaint warrant for:
- TBUT or Disp all others $10,000 < $1,000,000
Also, while executing these two warrants Howard was charged with:
- Public Intoxication-control subs (excluding alcohol)
- Resisting Arrest
- Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree (on foot)
- Menacing
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
