LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with Deputy Matt Walker arrested Steven Williams, age 49 of London on Saturday evening April 20, 2024 at approximately 6:46 PM.
The arrest occurred off Riviera Lane, approximately 1 mile west of London after deputies were dispatched to a trespass complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies observed Steven Williams weed-eating on the property in question.
An investigation was conducted and it was learned that the above male had been previously trespassed from the property.
The male subject told deputies that he was weed-eating the property just to be weed-eating and that no one that lived at the residence had given him permission.
Steven Williams was charged with:
- Criminal trespassing – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
