MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Monday, April 15, 2024, Deputy Justin Shepherd arrested George Couch on two counts of Failure to Appear and one count of Probation Violation.
George Couch, age 43 of London, KY was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
