LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Matt Walker along with Deputy Noah Ritchie arrested Logan Tincher age 28 of Lily on Monday night March 4, 2024 at approximately 7:20 PM.
The arrest occurred off Copley Road, approximately 5 miles South of London after deputies developed information on the whereabouts of a subject wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies noted that the suspect looked out the window and saw deputies and fled out the back of the residence into a wooded area failing to stop.
Following a short foot chase and a brief struggle, the suspect was taken into custody
Logan Tincher was charged with:
- Fleeing or evading police – second-degree – on foot
- Resisting arrest
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – third offense
- Failure of owner to maintain required insurance – first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
