TEETERSVILLE, KY— The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) has been requested by KSP Post 10 in Harlan to investigate a trooper-involved shooting that occurred on March 2, 2024, at approximately10:14 p.m. EDT.
KSP CIRT arrived on the scene and began an investigation into the incident.
A male subject was pronounced deceased by the Harlan County Coroner inside a residence within the Teetersville community.
No other injuries were reported.
