MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Thursday, February 8, 2024, Deputy Jeff Cochran arrested Joshua Mills for violating his parole.
After being taken into custody, Joshua Mills, age 33 of Manchester, KY was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
According to Jail records, Mills was booked into the facility at 2:01 PM Thursday afternoon.
Joshua Mills is charged with:
- PAROLE VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFF)
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
