LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Nate Bishop arrested Latosha Pence age 32 of Lexington, KY on Saturday evening February 3, 2024 at approximately 7:08 PM.
The arrest occurred inside a business off South Stewart Road, approximately 10 miles South of London after Deputy Bishop was dispatched to a complaint that a female subject inside the business was yelling at customers.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Bishop located the suspect and conducted an investigation determining that she was under the influence.
Latosha Pence was charged with:
- Alcohol intoxication in a public place
- Disorderly conduct – second-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
