MORROW COUNTY, OR – OSP Fish and Wildlife Division is seeking public assistance in locating the person(s) responsible for the waste of two Rocky Mountain Elk in Morrow County.
On Nov. 27, 2023, troopers responded to a call of two elk that had been left partially to waste in a dry creek bed near Lexington.
