LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Josh Morgan arrested two individuals on Saturday afternoon September 16, 2023 at approximately 12:51 PM.
The arrests occurred at a residence off West Laurel Road, approximately 9 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched to investigate a domestic violence complaint there .
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that a verbal argument had occurred there between a male and female subject who lived in the residence.
In addition, deputies noted observing visible injuries from an apparent assault.
It was also determined that the two individuals were under the influence and they stated to deputies they had used Methamphetamine earlier.
Deputies also learned that two minor children lived there as well.
Deputies noted that, during the investigation they observed the house to be in deplorable condition inside with the entire residence piled up with clothing and trash with decaying food on the counter and electrical wires were hanging from the ceiling,
The two arrested individuals were identified as: Austin Neely age 23 and Breana Fulton age 21, both of London, KY.
Social services was called to assist on the investigation involving children occupying the residence there.

Austin Neely was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Two counts of wanton endangerment – second-degree
Breana Fulton age was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Two counts of wanton endangerment – second-degree
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
