LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Keith Dinsmore along with Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Philip Adams age 40 of Maple Grove Rd., London on Wednesday afternoon August 9, 2023 at approximately 1:30 PM.
The arrest occurred off KY 490 approximately 3 miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a male subject was threatening a female subject and others at a business off Highway 490.
LSO Deputies located the suspect in the vicinity of the business and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Following further investigation, this individual was also determined to have been trespassing and threatening a female subject at the business.
Philip Adams was charged with:
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
- Arresting communications
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Criminal trespassing – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
