SPOKANE, WA – Washington State Patrol (WSP) detectives are seeking witnesses to a vehicular homicide that occurred on State Route 2 in Spokane on Wednesday morning August 2, 2023.
The collision occurred at 6:04 a.m. on southbound SR 2 at Bailey Road involving a silver 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan and a blue/primer gray 1990 Ford Ranger pickup truck.
The driver of the Ford Ranger was tragically killed as a result of the collision.
The uninjured driver of the Caravan was taken into custody for vehicular homicide.
WSP detectives are seeking any information and/or witnesses to the collision, as well as information regarding any prior driving of either vehicle involved.
