LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner along with London City Police Officer Brent France arrested a wanted suspect on Monday afternoon August 7, 2023 at approximately 2:38 PM.
The wanted suspect, Jacob S. Hurley age 25 of Chapel Road, East Bernstadt, Ky was located and captured on Slate Lick Road, approximately 2 miles north of London.
The arrest occurred after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Receiving stolen property $1000 or more but under $10,000
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
