Man with License Suspended for Third Offense DUI arrested after Traffic Stop on Highway 192 in London, Kentucky

LONDON, KY - The London Police Department is reporting that an East Bernstadt man whose license had been suspended for three DUI’s was found to be driving again in a vehicle with improper equipment.

David K. Robinson, 34, of E. Branch Road, East Bernstadt, KY was arrested at 7:06 p.m. while traveling along KY 192. on Monday, June 12 by London Police Cpl. Ben Webb.

Cpl. Webb wrote that he observed a car traveling on KY 192 with an inadequate silencer and only one taillight & one brake light working.

After stopping the vehicle, Cpl. Webb learned that Robinson did not have his license on him, and that his license was suspended for a third offense DUI.

He had also been charged with driving on a DUI suspended license three times.

David Robinson was arrested again for:

  • Driving on a DUI suspended license
  • Inadequate silencer
  • No brake lights
  • No tail lights
  • Other traffic charges

This individual was transported to the Laurel County Correctional Center and lodged.
