LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Stephen Walker arrested Angelina Brown age 51 of Boggs Road, Lily on Monday night May 1, 2023 approximately 7:17 PM.
The arrest occurred off Riverside Loop , approximately 6 miles South of London after Deputy Walker was dispatched to a complaint of a vehicle traveling recklessly up and down the subdivision there almost striking other cars.
When Deputy Walker arrived at the scene he located the suspect vehicle, a gold Chevrolet pickup truck and the driver, Angelina Brown.
The driver attempted to flee on foot from Deputy Walker and following a short scuffle was taken into custody.
Angelina Brown was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- Fleeing or evading police – second-degree – on foot
- Resisting arrest
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
