LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler along with Deputy Josh Velasco arrested Nicholas Hubbard age 33 of Corbin on Thursday night April 20, 2023 approximately 9:40 P.M.
The arrest occurred off U.S. 25 in London after Nicholas Hubbard was charged on a Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Falsely reporting
- Menacing
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Contempt of court
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
