LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Stephen Walker arrested Amanda Noe, age 47 of Corbin early Saturday morning March 11, 2023 at approximately 12:37 AM.
The arrest occurred on Cherry Avenue approximately 11 miles South of London following a traffic stop conducted on a black Jeep Cherokee that failed to stop at a stop sign.
During the traffic stop Deputy Walker noted detecting the odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from the vehicle and conducted an investigation determining that the driver was under the influence.
Amanda Noe was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- Disregarding a stop sign
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
