LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Stephen Walker along with Deputy Wes Brown arrested James Paul Killion age 48 of Corbin on Friday afternoon February 3, 2023 at approximately 3:00 PM.
The arrest occurred off Horse Creek Road, approximately 7 miles South of London, Ky. after deputies were dispatched to an alleged assault complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that allegedly a male subject had struck a female subject in the face.
Deputies noted red marks on the side of the victim’s face.
James Paul Killion was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
