WARSAW, KY - The Kentucky State Police is reporting that LaGrange KSP Post 5 received a complaint from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services in reference to an allegation of a twelve(12) year old having been abused. After an extensive investigation which included multiple interviews with numerous people including the suspect an arrest was made.
Arrested was: The suspect, Michael Darby, a 28 year old male of Warsaw, Kentucky.
Michael Darby was charged with:
- Ten(10) counts of Sex Abuse victim under 12
The charges are in reference to three(3) separate victims. These charges are Class-C felonies punishable by five(5) to ten(10) years in prison.
Darby was transported to and lodged on Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Carroll County Detention Center.
