MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Friday, October 8, 2021 at approximately 3:15 PM Clay County Sheriff K9 Deputy Wes Brumley along with Deputy Trent Baker arrested Roger Jarvis, 39 of North Highway 421.
The arrest occurred while on patrol Deputies encountered the above mentioned subject walking alongside the roadway.
Through acknowledgement and confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was determined that the subject was wanted on a Warrant of Arrest out of Clay County for theft.
Roger Jarvis is charged with:
- TBUT OR DISP SHOPLIFTING
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
