MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on October 8, 2021 at approximately 3:15 A.M. Clay County Sheriff K9 Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Sammy Wagers, 27 of Bridge Street.
The arrest occurred on Old US Highway 421 when the subject was charged on a Clay County District Failure to Appear warrant.
Sammy Wagers was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant For Court
This individual was lodged the Clay County Detention Center.
