MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on January 7, 2021 at approximately 11:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Robbie Collins, 22 of South Highway 66.
The arrest occurred on Fishtrap Road when Deputy Blackwell located the individual at a residence.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it showed that the subject had an active warrant for his arrest through Clay District Court.
Robbie Collins was charged with:
• Menacing
• Criminal Trespassing 2nd Degree
