MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on September 14, 2020 at approximately 8:30 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Paul Whitehead and Detective Jeff Kelsey arrested James Ashton Brown, 21 of North Highway 66.
The arrest occurred when Det. Kelsey received information with the whereabouts of the above mentioned subject that was wanted for stealing a firearm on North Highway 66.
Upon arrival, units discovered the male subject inside of a residence.
James Brown was charged with:
• TBUT or DISP- Firearm
