MANCHESTER, KY (August 3, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 2, 2020 at approximately 8:00 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Pamela Smith, 43 of Grannys Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones responded to a complaint of a female laying in the middle of the road on Highway 2000.
Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Jones noted the subject was manifestly under the influence.
Pamela Smith was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
