LONDON, KY (May 11, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Brandon Darrell Davidson age 26 of London early Sunday morning May 10, 2020 at approximately 12:38 AM.
The arrest occurred on Johnson Road, approximately 6 miles east of London after deputies conducted a traffic stop on a red colored Chevrolet Silverado observed sitting in the middle of the intersection of Old Way Road and Johnson Road that pulled out and was observed weaving on the roadway.
During the traffic stop the driver was determined to be under the influence.
Brandon Darrell Davidson was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
