MANCHESTER, KY - The City of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At 9:23 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 City of Manchester Fire Department was dispatched by Clay County E-911 to Richmond Road around the intersection of KY-638 to a motor vehicle accident with injury.
Upon arrival all occupants in both vehicles had self extricated.
Units assisted Clay County EMS in loading of patients whom was transported to AdventHealth Manchester.
All units remained on scene and provided traffic control while Warrens Towing & Recovery removed the vehicles.
All units then returned to service with no further incident.
