MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 15, 2020 at approximately 10:15 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Coty Arnold along with Deputy Jared Smith, Deputy Kendric Smith and Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Jarrett Jones, 25 of Davidson Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Arnold received a complaint on Highway 80 of a vehicle broken down on the side of the road.
Upon making contact with the above mentioned subject it was determined the subject was under the influence.
During the search, a baggie of a Marijuana was located.
Jarrett Jones was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Possession of Marijuana
