MANCHESTER, KY - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On March 9, 2020 at approximately 10:15 AM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Tina Stidham, 40 of River Street.
The arrest occurred on Railroad Avenue when Sheriff Robinson was notified of a female subject who had come out to her vehicle to leave for work when she witnessed the above mentioned subject inside her vehicle.
Upon arrival, Sheriff Robinson came into contact with the subject and through investigation it was determined the subject had broken into the victim’s car the night prior and then fell asleep.
It was also determined the subject had an active warrant for her arrest for failing to stay in a court ordered rehab.
Tina Stidham was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Criminal Trespassing, 3rd Degree
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Criminal Mischief
