MANCHESTER, KY - On March 5, 2020 at approximately 9:15 AM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson along with Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones and Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Clinton Sizemore, 28 of North Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a possible intoxicated male subject at a residence refusing to leave the property.
Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Jones located the subject and through investigation determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants and had been awake for several days without sleeping.
Clinton Sizemore was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Disorderly Conduct
• Criminal Trespassing
