Deputies executing Arrest Warrant locate & seize Contraband

Contraband seized suspects

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Josh Morgan along with Deputy Robert Reed arrested two individuals on Thursday morning March 5, 2020 at approximately 9:07 AM.

The arrests occurred  off Pine Hill Street in London while deputies were executing an arrest warrant there and found the male suspect hiding in a closet upstairs after being told by a female subject that the suspect was not there.

In addition, deputies found Marijuana pipes and grinders and learned that a 17-year-old and a five-month-old baby resided at that residence.

Social services was contacted to assist deputies there.

The two arrested individuals were identified as:

Brandon Foutch age 26 of London (the suspect wanted on the outstanding warrant) charged on:

  • A Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court regarding child support
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Unlawful transaction with a minor – second-degree
  • Possession of Marijuana

Angela Couch age 37 of London charged with:

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Unlawful transaction with a minor – second-degree
  • Possession of Marijuana

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
