MANCHESTER, KY - On March 3, 2020 at approximately 1:20 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson along with Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Mickey Napier JR., 22 of of Hooker Hill Road.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson and Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a domestic complaint involving the above mentioned subject and a female.
Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Jones and Sheriff Robinson made contact with the female subject who was shown to have visible marking to being consistent with being in a physical altercation.
Mickey Napier was charged with:
• Assault, (Domestic Violence)
