MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 29, 2020 at approximately 3:15 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Lonnie Curtis, 53 of JR Collett Lane.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley was dispatched out to a complaint on the above in reference to him being at a truck lot requesting Clay County EMS.
Deputy Brumley made contact with the subject who showed immediate signs of impairment.
The above mentioned subject was placed under arrest without incident, the subject was then cleared by Clay County EMS.
The subject admitted to Deputy Brumley that he had used Methamphetamine earlier this date.
Lonnie Curtis was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
