MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 28, 2020 at approximately 10:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Getson Roberts, 46 of Vista Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley conducted a traffic stop for vehicle infractions.
Upon initial contact, Deputy Brumley noted the subject showed severe signs of impairment.
Through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence. The subject then admitted to taking Methamphetamine earlier this date.
Getson Roberts was charged with:
• Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of ALC/DRUGS/Etc.
• Reckless Driving
• One Headlight
• Instructional Permit Violations
