LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Sara O. Fisher age 55 of Manchester on Friday night February 28, 2020 at approximately 11:21 PM.
The arrest occurred on Johnson Road, approximately 7 miles east of London after Deputy Houston was dispatched to a noninjury traffic crash there.
Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Houston conducted an investigation determining that the driver had entered the ditch driving a red Pontiac G6. The driver was determined to be under the influence.
Sara O. Fisher was charged with;
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- Failure to wear seatbelts
- Failure of nonowner operator to maintain required insurance – first offense
- Equipment violations
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
