MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 17, 2020 at approximately 7:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard arrested Katherine Marcum, 21 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Sgt. Gabbard received a complaint on the above mentioned subject that involved her being possibly intoxicated causing harm to a family member.
Upon arrival, Sgt. Gabbard noted making contact with the subject in the roadway.
Through investigation it was determined the subject was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
The subject admitted to Sgt. Gabbard that she had taken illegal substances this date.
Katherine Marcum was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
