Woman attempting to flee Clay County Sheriff's Deputy apprehended

MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 16, 2020 at approximately 12:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Linsey Miracle, 39 of Fox Trail Road.

The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley received information on the above that she was at a residence on Hickory Hill Road with an active Warrant of Arrest.

Once Deputy Brumley made contact with the female, she attempted to flee on foot.

After a brief foot pursuit the subject was apprehended and placed under arrest without further incident.

Linsey Miracle was charged with:

• Unauthorized Use of a Motor vehicle (warrant)
• Forgery 2nd Degree (Warrant)
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Resisting Arrest
• Fleeing or Evading Police (On Foot)
