MANCHESTER, KY (January 27, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on January 26, 2020 at approximately 1:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell along with Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones and CSO Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Alonzo Jackson, 54 of Ice House Road.
The arrest occurred when Officers were dispatched to Highway 1524 in reference to an abandoned vehicle at the end of a private driveway.
Upon arrival, Deputy Blackwell came into contact with the subject and through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence.
Alonzo Jackson was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
