Laurel County, Ky. (December 1, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9 Deputy Jake Miller arrested Corey King age 18 of London on Wednesday night November 27, 2019 at approximately 6:14 PM.
The arrest occurred on Keavy Road approximately 3 miles South of London while Deputy Miller was investigating a two vehicle accident where this driver was involved.
An investigation was conducted and this individual was determined to be under the influence.
Corey King was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- Instructional permit violations
- Failure to produce insurance card
- Possession of Marijuana
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
