Clay County, Ky. (Sept. 30, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on September 29, 2019 at approximately 1:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards and Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Jacob Vallance, 18 of Holland Branch and Caleb Earls, 20 of London.
The arrests occurred when Deputies came in contact with a group of individuals on Elk Mountain Industrial Park at the back shed, through contact and investigation it was determined that both above mentioned individuals was under the influence of alcohol.
There were juveniles present who were cited and transported to Clay County Dispatch for guardians to pick up.
Jacob Vallance was charged with:
- Alcohol Intoxication in Public Place
Caleb Earls was charged with:
- Alcohol Intoxication in Public Place
