A Manchester woman & a London man charged with Drug Trafficking

Laurel County, Ky. (Sept. 19, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Bryon Lawson along with Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards, Detective James Sizemore, Deputy Allen Turner, and Deputy Brent France arrested two individuals on Thursday afternoon September 19, 2019 at approximately 1:23 PM.

The arrests occurred off Rosabud Lane, approximately 5 miles west of London while deputies were conducting a drug investigation and executed a search warrant there locating over 10 grams of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

The two arrested individuals were identified as:

Chelsia Sandlin age 25 of Crawfish Road, Manchester charged with:

  • Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

Marty Gray age 43 of Rosabud Lane, London charged with:

  • Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – second offense – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
