LONDON, KY (Sept. 19, 2019) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's court security officer Tim Smallwood along with CSO Joey Andes arrested Davan Rena Smith age 40 of London on Wednesday afternoon September 18, 2019 at approximately 12:45 PM.
The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center in London after this subject entered the Judicial Center and was determined through investigation to be under the influence.
Davan Rena Smith was charged with:
Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
