LONDON, KY (Sept. 16, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Jake Miller along with Deputy Joey Robinson and Deputy Allen Turner arrested Keith N. Joseph age 55 of London on Sunday afternoon September 15, 2019 at approximately 3:36 PM.
The arrest occurred in a restaurant parking lot in London after this subject allegedly drove to the restaurant where deputies were eating lunch and asked a waitress there where the deputies were sitting at in the restaurant and to not tell them that he had asked.
Deputies made contact with that individual who was driving a white colored Buick LeSabre parked in the parking lot and determined through investigation that this subject was under the influence.
In addition, this subject was found in possession of seven orange pills in a clear bottle.
Keith N. Josephl was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- Possession of a controlled substance – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
