Laurel County, Ky (September 14, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective James Sizemore along with Detective Bryon Lawson and Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards arrested Joshua D. Baker age 25 of Shields Ln., London on Friday afternoon September 13, 2019 at approximately 12:57 PM.
The arrest occurred off Heritage Heights Lane, approximately 1 mile east of London after this subject was charged on a Knox District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court on charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator's license and numerous other violations
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court on charges of possession of Marijuana
In addition, while deputies were executing the failure to appear in court warrants, they found this subject in possession of a spoon and can both having Suboxone residue.
Joshua Baker was also charged with:
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of a controlled substance – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
