Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 28, 2019 at approximately 11:30 PM Clay County Sheriff's Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Christopher Smith, 37 of Keavy.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley was patrolling Ham Hollow Road when he encountered the male subject in the middle of the road.
Through investigation it was determined that the subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
Christopher Smith was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
