Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Sgt. Greg Poynter and Deputy Brent France arrested Misty G. Hensley Collins age 34 of London on Friday evening August 23, 2019 at approximately 5:48 PM.
The arrest occurred off Tomcat Trail, approximately 5 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Breathitt Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Probation violation regarding a charge of possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
In addition, the subject was charged on:
- A Lee District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of nonsupport
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Corrections Center.
