Clay County, Ky. - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On August 19, 2019 at approximately 1:50 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Ralph Hall Jr, 34 of Tyner.
The arrest occurred when Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson observed the above mentioned individual operating a motor vehicle on North Highway 421.
Through acknowledgement of the Kentucky Warrant system, Sheriff Robinson conducted a traffic stop on the subject’s car. Sheriff Robinson ran the individuals information through Clay County Dispatch where it was confirmed that the subject had an active Warrant for his arrest for assault.
Ralph Hall Jr. was charged with:
• Serving Warrant for Court (Assault 2nd Degree)
• Failure of Non-Owner to Maintain Required Insurance
• Permit Violations
• Failure to Wear Seat Belt
