Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 22, 2019 at 4:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Christian Roberts, 27 of Vista Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley observed a vehicle parked at the ball park on Morning Glory Road.
Deputy Brumley ran the information of the individual with Clay County Dispatch at which time was confirmed he had an active warrant for his arrest.
Upon further search, Deputy Brumley located a syringe along with an illegal substance at which time the above mentioned subject claimed ownership of.
Christian Roberts was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree
• Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
