MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 14, 2019 at approximately 8:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard arrested Heather Riley, 38 of Bowling Street.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Gabbard was made aware of a possible intoxicated female that was going to be arriving at Clay County Dispatch to file a protection order by Clay County Dispatchers Goins and Wooton.
When the female arrived at Clay County Dispatch Deputy Gabbard made contact with the female and determined she was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Heather Riley was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
