Manchester, Ky. - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: On Thursday June 27, 2019 Officer Chris Curry observed a female subject acting in a suspicious manner.
The subject walked outside of the Manchester Wal-Mart and approached several vehicles.
Upon initial approach to the female subject, Officer Curry observed behavior of suspected Methamphetamine consumption.
The female stated that she had previously pulled a gun on her mother and smoked methamphetamine.
Shelli Davis age 29 of London, Ky. was placed under arrest for:
- Public intoxication
- A bench warrant was served from Laurel County
