Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 26, 2019 at approximately 3:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Bruce Hubbard, 46 of Beech Creek Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston was patrolling Beech Creek Road when he conducted a traffic stop on a Jeep Cherokee.
Upon contact with the driver, Deputy Houston conducted an investigation at which time it was determined the subject was under the influence.
Also, with running the subject’s information through Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed the subject had a suspended or revoked operator license. The subject refused to submit to a blood test.
Bruce Hubbard was charged with:
- Operating Motor Vehicle under the Influence of ALC/DRUGS/Etc.
- Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator License
