MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 17, 2019 at approximately 11:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston, CSO Deputy Wes Brumley and CSO Deputy Jeff Cochran arrested Jonathan Jones, 35 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred at the Clay County Judicial Center when the above mentioned subject appeared to be under the influence.
Upon being escorted out of District Court, the subject became disorderly toward CSO Brumley during the arrest, it was determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
Jonathan Jones was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
- Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
